hermittwt is short for 'hermitcraft twitter'!

it represents the hermitcraft fans that interact with each other on twitter. like most twitter fan communities, the subjects of the tweets are usually about the content creator, however the fandom and how people interact here is usually community centred, and we are all friends with each other.

hermittwt is used instead of hermitcrafttwt as the latter's name is too long. members usually check indirects of this word, so if you tweet something with 'hermittwt' in it, they will most probably find your tweet; this is our primary way of finding new members of the community.

this is just one of many hermitcraft fandoms out there, but we are primarily based on twitter. we have our own set of unspoken (now noted down in '4. things to keep in mind on hermittwt') rules and culture, which is different than say, the r/hermitcraftmemes subreddit rules.
